Announcement: PlayStation Now

The latest announcement from Sony brings something new and exciting to the PlayStation family.

So, What is PlayStation Now?

PlayStation Now is a Gaikai-based video game streaming service used to provide PlayStation gaming content to mobile devices, televisions, PlayStation 3PlayStation Vita, and PlayStation 4. PlayStation Now (PS Now) was announced on 7 January 2014 at the 2014 Consumer Electronic Show. At CES, Sony presented demos of The Last of UsGod of War: AscensionPuppeteer and Beyond: Two Souls, playable through PS Now on Bravia TVs and Vitas

The service will allow users to pay for access to a selection of original PlayStationPlayStation 2, and PlayStation3 titles on either a per-game basis or via a subscription. There are plans to offer PS4 titles in the future. Non-PlayStation device will need a DualShock 3 controller for the service, as Sony believes that the games have been designed and best played with the DualShock interface in mind, while PlayStation based devices (PS Vita / PS3 / PS4) can use their respective native game controller. Sony also recommends that players have a 5 Mbps internet connection to achieve what they consider "good performance"

So, who wouldn't want their favourite PlayStation classics available again?

How about these:
